Group Fitness Classes

In-person Group Fitness Classes:

We offer 40+ drop-in group fitness classes for all levels! View class schedule and make a reservation here.

  • Classes are included with a membership or daily admission
  • Use the calendar below to view the schedule and sign up
  • Open to ages 12 and older
  • Space is limited; reservations are recommended

Use the calendar below to check times and availability. Select “Group Fitness Classes” under the category.  Then click the box to the left of the class to reserve your spot.

Virtual Group Fitness Classes

Tight schedule? Traveling? Caring for a loved one and can’t get to the gym? Try virtual classes!

Virtual options are available for all drop-in classes except for aqua, cycle, Silver Sneakers, and tai chi express, October-April.

  • Free for members, non-members: $40 per month
  • Registration required
  • Register online for virtual classes
  • You'll receive a Zoom link after you sign up
  • Any group class available in the studio will be simultaneously available to anyone with the monthly Zoom link

Specialty Classes

These classes are taught by a personal trainer or master instructor in groups of 6-15 participants. This is a budget friendly alternative to personal training and a great way to build new relationships.
