Become Police Reserve

One of the greatest gifts you can give is your time. The IGH PD Reserve Unit is made up of local citizens who are dedicated to their community and its safety. They assist the community by providing reliable volunteer personnel to the department.

The reserves are a large part of the “community policing” concept. They often assist with local events, emergencies, natural disasters and special assignments.

Reserves are individuals who have an interest in law enforcement or are pursuing a law enforcement career. They want to give back, and be a part of the community through active service.  They help to contribute to the safety and security of our Inver Grove Heights.
