Step 3
Click on Online Bill Pay.

Step 4
Click on Utility Billing.

Step 5
At this point, you can either do a 1-time quick payment under Quick Pay, or you can register your account online with the sign-in/sign-up option to have your email and a password to log in. You can also see past bills, set up auto-pay, and check out consumption history with this option. Every time you choose Quick Pay, you will need your account number and your last payment amount that appears on your bill as long as you have made a payment within the last billing cycle. You would only need this information the first time you are registering your account. After you register, you will just need your email and password. If you forget your password, there is a ‘Forgot Password’ link that will allow you to reset your password.

Quick Pay Option
The account number does require the dashes. The last payment amount should not have the dollar sign included. Then click find the bill. You should be able to make a payment with a credit/debit card or pay via e-check.

Register Your Account
To register your account, the first screen will ask for some information about you. Then the next page will have you add your account with your account number (include the dashes) and the last amount you paid on your utility bill (no dollar sign included).
You will then need to go to your email to verify the account, and then your account will be activated, and you can pay online!
