As part of the May 12, 2025 City Council meeting, the City of IGH held public hearings ordering projects for the 2026 Pavement Management Initiative, including the projects listed below.

- Summer 2024 - Spring 2025 - Draft Feasibility Report
- Spring 2025 - City Council Meeting: Receive Feasibility Report Public Hearing to consider ordering project
- Summer 2025 - Winter 2025 - Final Design
- Spring 2026 - Fall 2026 - Construction open House and Project Construction
- Fall 2026 - Assessment Open House and City Council Meeting: Assessment Hearing
