Public Hearing on Proposed Projects

As part of the May 12, 2025 City Council meeting, the City of IGH held public hearings ordering projects for the 2026 Pavement Management Initiative, including the projects listed below. 

• 2026-09D - 52nd St E
• 2026-09E - Angus Ave Area
• 2026-09F - Alta Ave Area
• 2026-09G - Audrey Ave Area
• 2026-09H - Upper 55th St (from Blaine to Cahill Ave) and 57th St
• 2026-09I - South Blackberry Trail Area
• 2026-09J - North Blackberry Trail Area

• Summer 2024 - Data Collection and information Gathering
• Summer 2024 - Spring 2025 - Draft Feasibility Report
• Spring 2025 - City Council Meeting: Receive Feasibility Report Public Hearing to consider ordering project
• Summer 2025 - Winter 2025 - Final Design
• Spring 2026 - Fall 2026 - Construction open House and Project Construction
• Fall 2026 - Assessment Open House and City Council Meeting: Assessment Hearing
