Trash and Recycling Haulers

The City of Inver Grove Heights requires any company collecting trash or recycling from a residence or business to be licensed through the City on an annual basis. Water and Sewer

The city provides water and sewer services. If you are moving to Inver Grove Heights, call Utility Billing at 651-450-2520 at least one week in advance to make arrangements for water meter reading and billing.
