Community Food Drive (Neighbors, Inc.) | Nov. 1-30

The IGH Wellness Committee is hosting a Community Food Drive in partnership with Neighbors, Inc. to help families in need this November.

Due to the new Executive Order 20-99 issued by Gov. Walz on Nov. 18, 2020, the City of Inver Grove Heights drop off location for the Community Food Drive will be closed at the end of business Thursday, Nov. 19.

Due to the new Executive Order 20-99 issued by Gov. Walz on Nov. 18, 2020, Parks & Recreation is evaluating the details of impacts on recreational activities and events. More details to come on modified programs to celebrate this holiday season.

Light up the Heights Holiday Light Contest

Join our annual contest for the best resident light display in the city! Show off your Holidays lights and spread some holiday cheer!

Register your home by Monday, Dec. 7 to win prizes and be part of the IGH Holiday Lights Tour map.

Wondering if an event or your practice/game is still on due to inclement weather?

Call the IGH Weather Hot Line at 651-450-2595 to check the status for city-led program and events due to inclement weather. We strive to update by 4:30 p.m. After hours, it is up to the coaches and instructors to make the final decision.

*We cannot make weather-related decisions for other league associations or events held in our community by other businesses or organizations.
