Princess Dance in a Box - pick-up begins on March 4 | Ages 4-12An enchanted evening awaits all young royalty and their special guest at home! This box will bring our popular Princess Dance event to the comfort and safety of your own home. Register for an event box and pick it up beginning March 4 at the at the Veteran's Memorial Community Center- Guest Services Desk. Once you have your box, you can pick an evening that is convenient for you to dive in and celebrate together. Don’t worry about a thing, we will walk you through every step of the way. **NEW** Snowshoeing: March 13 | Ages 5+Explore the woods and valleys of Inver Grove Heights with your family on a guided snowshoe hike with a Dakota County Naturalist. All snowshoe equipment is provided. This program is in partnership with Dakota County.

How to Draw & Paint a Unicorn | Saturday, Feb. 27 | 9:30-11:30 a.m. | Ages 5-12Let your artist go unicorn-crazy! In this KidCreate Studio Art Workshop, students will learn a simple step-by-step process to draw and paint a unicorn. Perfect for your unicorn enthusiast! Kids grades K-5 can sign up now:

Kids Sports Night: April 9 – Two Sessions: 5:30 p.m. OR 6:30 p.m. | Ages 4-12The theme is "All Sports" and everyone is encouraged to dress to show support for their favorite team, player or sport. This fun-filled night includes a boxed dinner, sport skill activities and obstacle courses, dancing, photo prop area, and a chance to win some prizes! All games and activities will use safety precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 (social distancing, items sanitized after each use and/or hands free). Location: VMCC, West Arena Turf | |

Coloring Contest: Entries due by March 20Entries will be available online beginning March 1 online here, at Heartland Credit Union (5500 Robert Trail) or at the VMCC (8055 Barbara Ave). Entries are due by Saturday, March 20; they can be dropped off at Heartland Credit Union or at the VMCC. Download and complete our cute coloring sheet! Call the IGH Weather Hot Line at 651-450-2595 to check the status for city-led program and events due to inclement weather. We strive to update by 4:30 p.m. After hours, it is up to the coaches and instructors to make the final decision.
*We cannot make weather-related decisions for other league associations or events held in our community by other businesses or organizations.
