IGH Police Dept./DEA Drug Take Back Event

Too often, unused prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands. DEA Take Back events give thousands of people across the country an opportunity to clean out their medicine cabinets and turn in--safely and anonymously--unused prescription drugs. The IGH Police Department will be participating in Take Back Day and will provide an opportunity for IGH and area residents to drop off their unused medications safely. The event will be held: Saturday, April 24 10 AM to 2 PM 8150 Barbara Ave, Inver Grove Heights, in the Police Department parking lot on the west side of City Hall *Look for our tent and officers ready to assist. Please practice social distancing and wear a face covering. Please note: no sharps (needles), inhalers or illicit substances can be accepted. Please return medications in their original containers whenever possible. There is no need to remove labels. Thank you in advance for your participation!
