Inver Grove Heights City Hall Closed to the Public Until Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021; City Services Still Open and Available
City Hall will remain closed to the public until Tuesday, Feb. 16. After Gov. Walz’s Executive Order was updated on Wednesday, we adjusted our public reopening date to continue to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.
The public can still reach city staff, who will continue working remotely, by calling City Hall at 651-450-2500.
This closure to the public applies to Inver Grove Heights City Hall and the Police Department--both the east and west sides of the City Hall building--at 8150 Barbara Avenue, and the Inver Grove Heights Fire Department, including Fire Station No. 2 at 9200 Courthouse Boulevard.
However, the latest State of Minnesota guidance allows for our VMCC be open with capacity limitations and restrictions.
More information on that can be found on our COVID-19 web page.
The public is encouraged to participate in city meetings remotely instead of attending in person. More information on how to participate can be found at the top of our meeting agendas, downloadable at www.ighmn.gov/agendacenter.
