Attend free fitness classes, presentations, and visit vendor booths with information on adult health and wellness.

Fitness Offerings

Space is limited. We recommend making a reservation online to save your spot. Schedule is subject to change.

Presentations are about 20-30 minutes each. No registration necessary. Schedule is subject to change.

9:30 a.m.: Gardening tips to have a successful Garden with Marsha McCain, Urban Gardener & Micogreen producer (Community Room 1)
10 a.m.: Gut health & hormone balance with Dr. Ryan Hetland, Gut & Brain Restoration (Community Room 3)
10:30 a.m.: Meditation & sound healing with Melissa Dessart (Fitness Studio)
11 a.m.: Living your best life with neuropathy with Dr. Tyler, Chiropractor (Community Room 3)
11:30 a.m.: Downsizing & save month on the move with River Heights Senior Living & Jonah VanProosdy of Smooth Move (Community Room 1)
Noon: Food for though, healthy eating with Jena Radant, Certified Nutrition Coach L1, PN (Community Room 3)
12:30 p.m.: MAximizing your social security benefits with Jeremy Koopmeiners of Thrivent Investments, National Advisor (Community Room 1)

$45 + tax per table/booth
- Includes 8' banquet table and approximately 6x10' space to display items
- Access to an outlet included at select spots; indicate you need electricity on your application
