A SilverSneakers membership at the VMCC provides access to:
- Fitness Center: Full use of cardio and strength equipment, stretching areas, and functional fitness space.
- Drop-in Group Fitness Classes: A variety of classes suitable for beginners and active older adults.
- Walking Track: A climate-controlled indoor track, perfect for year-round movement.
- Aquatic Center: Access to the lap pool, warm-water leisure pool, water walking, and open swim times.

If you’d like to see the facility before joining, stop by the community center and check in at the guest services desk for a tour. For the quickest experience, we recommend weekday mornings or afternoons. If you come on a weekday evening or anytime on the weekend, please be prepared to wait a while.
