2025 IGH Pavement Management Initiative - Barbara Avenue & 46th Street Area
Construction Notice
Paving that was originally scheduled for yesterday has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 22, due to inclement weather. Weather permitting, the paving will take place on Barbara Avenue south of 47th Street, 47th Street, and Barbato Court.
Residents who live along these streets will receive a new street parking notice. On paving day, parking will be restricted on the street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, street parking will be allowed again, even in the posted areas. Please note that this restriction applies only to street parking — residents may continue to park in their driveways and will have access throughout the day, except for brief periods immediately after the asphalt is placed and before it is compacted.
