Project Status

Dear Resident,

Please avoid mowing your sod until the 30-day warranty period has expired. After 30-days, the City will send a letter either accepting the sod or have sections of it replaced if they are not rooting properly. Until you receive this letter, the sod is to be maintained by the Contractor.
