Park Shelter Rental

Our Parks offer scenic views, great amenities and several trails, which make them a great place to host an outdoor celebration, family get together or have a picnic! Please book your event at least seven business days in advance for that calendar year.

Rental time blocks: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. or 5-10 p.m.

Fees (effective Jan. 1, 2026)

• South Valley Park Shelter: $225 Resident or $250 Non-resident and $100 deposit 
• Swing Bridge Park Shelter: $115 Resident or $135 Non-Resident and $100 deposit
• All other shelters:
  • Resident: $75 fee and $100 deposit
  • Non-Resident: $95 fee and $100 deposit

Making a Reservation

Starting January 3 of the current year you will be able to rent shelters for that calendar year. On holidays, park shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis (no rentals).
