Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun, fast activity that combines tennis, ping pong, racquetball and badminton. It is a great way to get a good workout and have fun while doing it. It is the fastest growing sport in North America. We have options available for indoor and outdoor play.

Indoor

Open Play in the Gymnasium

All levels are welcome to play pickleball. Great opportunity to sharpen your skills or give Pickleball a try! Three levels of open play are currently being offered:

  • Open - All levels welcome
  • Beginning / Intermediate - Levels 1.0 - 3.0
  • Advanced - Levels 3.5 and up

Schedules are subject to change, always check the schedule (below) prior to coming to the gym. All players must check in, pay and get a wristband at Guest Services prior to playing.

Pickleball League

This program offers the chance to join a league for some friendly competition. Learn about current openings online or call 651-450-2468.

Outdoor

We have three parks which offer pickleball courts:

  • North Valley Park
    • Six courts - 2800 70th St. E.
  • Salem Hills Park
    • Two courts - 1642 Upper 55th St.
  • Skyview Park
    • Six courts - 6765 Dawn Ave.

Courts are available for open play from dawn to dusk. Nets are typically up April through Oct. 31 (weather dependant). Court rentals are available for a fee, contact Al Vandehoef to learn more about renting courts.
