Playing a sport is the perfect way to relieve stress. We offer programs and leagues year-round for adults. You and your friends can register as a team or try our new free agent registration! For more information on any of these adult offerings, please call 651-450-2585.

Adult Programs & Sports

Spring

  • Pickleball Lessons (FULL) (ages 18+)
  • Basic First Aid & CPR - May 21 (ages 13+)  – Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
  • Daily & Specialty Fitness Classes

  • Adult Swim Instruction (ages 14+)
  • Tennis (ages 17+)
  • Pickleball Lessons June sessions (ages 18+)
  • Lifeguard Training (ages 15+) - Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and water parks, and First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard.

Summer 2022

  • Kickball: June 5-July 31 (ages 18+)This is a fun, recreational CO-ED league. Season consists of a regular season and an end-of-season tournament with 10 games guaranteed. No max. players per team, must be a min. of four women. $165 team fee. Register by May 22.
  • Pickleball: June: a fun, semi-competitive league for teams of two players. Min. of 8 teams, max. of 12 teams. Gold or Silver divisions. Register by June 3.
  • E-Sports Leagues: July 11-Sept. 2 (ages 8+):
    • Fortnite: 1v1 or 2v2
    • Rocket League: 1v1 or 3v3
    • EA Madden 21 & 22
    • Super Smash Bros
    • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
