Argenta Trail Area - Construction Update – September 12, 2025
Work on the Argenta Trail project continues to proceed, with all utility, road grading, and trail grading work complete. Below is a summary of what work is anticipated to occur in the following weeks:
September 15 – 19: The contractor will be placing curb and driveway pavement in the early portions of this week, and backfilling curb in the latter portions of the week. Notices for local resident parking have been distributed; residents are asked to park vehicles at the south end of the Argenta Trail during working hours (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.), and may park in front of their properties overnight and over the following weekend. The curb will require approximately one week to cure, at which time driveway access will be restored.
September 22 – 26: Crews will complete commercial driveway apron installation and be grading for pavement placement. The first layer of pavement installation is proposed to occur by the end of this week.
September 29 – October 3: The second layer of pavement on the roadway, as well as trail paving, is proposed to be completed, and utility castings will be installed. Boulevard restoration (seed and sod) is anticipated to occur this week, along with sign installation.
