2025 Proposed Pavement Management Initiative (PMI) Project Areas
Planning has begun for the 2025 pavement rehabilitation projects. The proposed project areas and maps, along with future details for neighborhood meetings, can be found below by opening the project tab. You can also subscribe to receive emails on project notifications.
If you don’t see your neighborhood included on this project list, check back! City leadership is making a long-term commitment to road improvements. An ambitious project pace will continue every year until we improve city roads to the condition we all want them in. View the five-year rehabilitation tab on the road construction map.

View the Barbara Avenue and 46th Street Area project map (PDF). The feasibility report was initiated by the Council on November 13, 2023. The project is being reviewed for a possible reconstruction of streets from 47th Street and north and a possible rehabilitation project south of 47th Street including the 47th Street cul-de-sac off of Babcock Trail.
