Campaign Finance Reports
Minnesota Statute 211A.02, Subd. 6 now requires the City to make all campaign finance reports required to be filed available on the City’s website. Reports will be posted no later than 30 days after they are received.
The City Clerk is not responsible for interpreting or enforcing campaign finance or practice laws. Complaints regarding campaign finance or practice violations governed by Minnesota Statutes 211A or 211B are heard by the Office of Administrative Hearings.
