Summer 2021 IGH Youth Soccer Programs
Come on out and shake off the winter blues with soccer this 2021 season! With several options to choose from - you are sure to find the right program for your child's skill level.
Summer Rec Soccer | June 14-July 26 | Ages 5-8
Players will learn simple soccer techniques and play small-sided games in a safe, fun environment. Practice sessions will be on Mondays and small-sided game play on Wednesdays. Sessions are open to both genders (ages 5-8). Curriculum will be run and led by the IGH Heat Soccer Association coaches.
Youth Soccer | April 10-May 1 | Ages 5-10
IGH Heat and Simley HS coaches/players will lead this program and teach kids the basic skill work of soccer through drills and small-sided games.
Fall Recreation Soccer | Aug. 30-Sept. 29 | Ages 5-8
Fall Recreation Soccer is a six-week soccer program consisting of one 45-minute session of instruction and one 45-minute game/scrimmage session per week. Practices will focus on the four fundamentals of soccer: passing, dribbling, shooting, and receiving/trapping. Game days will focus on using those skills in a small-sided game environment, playing against other teams in the program. Sessions are open to players of both genders (ages 5-8) and will be run and led by IGH Heat Soccer coaches. Program fee includes a team T-shirt.
