Fitness program designed for youth and teens. INSTAFIT, starts Aug. 6
Our fitness program that is catered to youth and teens, called INSTAFIT, is starting soon! Youth and teens will increase balance, endurance, speed, agility and strength in this class. Class will infuse cardio with resistance and core exercises using tools such as balls, bands, BOSU balls and light dumbbells.
Kids will improve their confidence in a fun positive environment by playing games, staying active, and learning the basics of exercise. This class will be taught with a certified instructor.
Join us Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.-7:20 p.m. Starting August 6-29 OR September 3-26.
Fee: $35/members; $55/non-members (until Jly 30, then goes up by $5); Sibling discount for $15*
