Active Aging Week: Sept. 30-Oct. 4

Join us as we celebrate a week-long effort to inspire wellness and promote the benefits of a healthier, more active lifestyle from Sept. 30-Oct. 4.

Try any of the following FREE activities!

Most activities are held at the VMCC and do not require registration, unless otherwise noted. Register at www.invergroveheights.org/register.

Active Aging Week Schedule of Events

Monday, Sept. 30 from 8:30-11 a.m.: Wear your favorite Jersey and enjoy a light snack

Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 10 a.m.: Learn about how to Volunteer in your community - Registration Required

Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 10:30 a.m.: Learn how to improve your balance and gait with Dr. Greg DeNunzio

Friday, Oct. 4 between 7:30 a.m. and Noon: Try out fitness classes free; At 10 a.m. take a Walk in the Woods in Salem Hills (Registration Required for this walk).

We look forward to hosting you this week as we provide ways for you to get motivated to improve your level of activity!
