- Get fit! Work with one of our personal trainers on a new workout routine, or try a new fitness class designed for active adults - FREE childcare for VMCC members!
- Learn a new skill

- Unwind or release tension: daily and specialty fitness classes include Body Blast, HIIT, Yoga, Tai Chi, Mind/Body Makeover, TRX Bell and more
- Go for a walk in Harmon Park; it has a beautiful wooded trail!
