Craft Fair

Enjoy a day of treating yourself and finding great local gems at our craft fair!

  • Saturday, March 14 (rescheduled from March 7)
  • 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • VMCC - National Guard Gym, 8055 Barbara Ave
  • Free to attend
  • Free parking

Vendors

We're looking for vendors for this event!

Vendor Details:

  • Booth fee: $54.06 ($50 + tax) per booth
  • Booth includes: one 8' banquet table and about 6x10' space to display items
  • Application period: January 1-February 1, 2026

Vendor Application

We are officially full for vendors for the craft fair and are no longer accepting applications. If you've already submitted an application, keep an eye on your email for updates about if you've been accepted to be a vendor.

Payment

If you're accepted as a vendor, payment is required to confirm your booth.

Payment options:

  • Over the phone with credit/debit card at 651-450-2580 (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee)
  • In person with cash, check, or card (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee)
  • Checks should be made payable to Inver Grove Heights Parks & Recreation

Note to Vendors

  • Vendors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email.
  • If you are selected to be a vendor, payment is due to secure your booth space.
  • Payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a processing fee. To avoid this fee, you can pay with a check in the mail or in person at the parks & recreation office with cash or check.
  • A release form (PDF) and Operator Certificate of Compliance (State of MN ST19 tax form) (PDF) are required for you to become a vendor.
  • Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before February 1, 2026, will be eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 1, 2026.
  • In order to ensure a variety of products we will limit similar businesses. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the registrations of similar types of businesses or organizations. 
  • Vendor check-in and set-up will take place from 7-8:45 a.m. the morning of the event. Details regarding set-up will be emailed to participants after the registration deadline.
  • We do not have an ATM on site; please plan accordingly.
