Lifeguard Training at the VMCC | Ages 15+

Learn lifesaving skills and become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and water parks, and First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard! Get all the details on our Swim Lessons and Program web page under the 'Programs & Training' tab.
