IGH Parks & Rec and our partner organizations offer a variety of sports programs and leagues for all ages and abilities throughout the year. Children learn the fundamentals while having fun. And every participant gets time to play!

Winter/Spring Sports and Programs

Summer


  • Kids ROCK (ages 5-12): June 14-Aug. 27 daily summer camp program
  • Swim Lessons: June, July, Aug. sessions (all ages)
    • Sensory-friendly Open Swim (water features are off) – Registration Required; View schedule.
  • RevSports Ninja Warrior Obstacles: Aug. 11-Sept. 9 (ages 5-8)
  • Junior Group Golf Lessons at Inver Wood Golf Course: All summer long
  • Private Golf Lessons at Inver Wood Golf Course
  • My 7on7 Touch Football Camp (grades 1-8) 
  • E-Sports Leagues (Ages 8+): August registration opening soon!

  • Learn to Skate: June Sessions (ages 3+)
  • Summer Rec Soccer: June 14-July 26 (ages 5-8)
  • Tennis (ages 6-18)
  • Karate: June sessions (ages 5-18)
  • Dance (ages 3-12)

Heart's Performing Arts:

Summer Camps (all ages)

Junior Lifeguard Camp (ages 10-15)
Provides the foundation for young adults to transition into being a part of an aquatics team. $125/wk or $495 for all weeks

Lifeguard Training (ages 15+)
Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and water parks, and First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard. 

Fall

  • Basic First Aid & CPR (ages 13+) – Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. 
  • Fall Recreation Soccer: Aug. 30-Sept. 29 (ages 5-8)
  • Swim Lessons (all ages)
  • Learn to Skate (ages 3+)
  • Mind Body Kids (ages 7-12)
  • FUNdamental Basketball Skills (grades K-5)
  • Ninja Warrior Obstacles (ages 5-8)
  • Youth Karate (ages 5+)
  • Pre-Swim Team (ages 8-14)
  • Swim Stroke Clinic (ages 13+)

  • Terrific Tuesdays | June-Aug | 10:30 a.m. | FREE at South Valley Park. View the line up of performers.
  • Family Golf at Inver Wood Golf CourseThe Executive Course will be set up each weekend (Fridays through Sundays) with a special set of family tee markers and easy pin placements in order to provide the perfect setting for your family to enjoy the game of golf together.

    Fee: Children ages 7–18 play free with each paid adult (who pay the Executive Course green fee).
